Foaming Sky

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Most Admirable Under-Sacristan Foaming Sky was one of the Lords Celestial in Mictlan.

He was Ambassador-in-Extraordinary to the City of the Saved. Using an altered worldofme device, he attempted an invasion of the City. He created an army using backups while attending events as Lord Hoho, God of Evil-Gifts-from-Humans. The plan was to take over one district, then attack the Ghetto of the Damned so it could take the former servants back to Mictlan for interrogation.

Unfortunately, he picked Spinegrove District, which was the base of the Rump Parliament. With the help of the Order of the Iron Soul, the copies were destroyed.

Foaming Sky's ambassadorship was not revoked, but he chose to return to Mictlan anyway to spend several centuries in atonement. While there, he was assassinated by a servant in a way that made him unresurrectable. The servant, Dauphine Malacasta, was brainwashed to kill him when he was in one of his least powerful forms. This happened when he changed to Arkat, a non-human Puffball God. The weapon she used was not found and was most likely shadow bonded to her. That and the effect of the weapon meant that both Faction Paradox and people from the City of the Saved were probably involved.

The second Lord Foaming Sky had a much less notable, yet far simpler, career. (PROSE: The Book of the War)
