Sasha (Incoming Transmission - February Update Video)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Sasha was a friend of Darren and, like him, an associate of UNIT.

In November 2023, Sasha and Darren were both overtaken by the Entity and hurled through time and space. While Darren ended up in 2053, Sasha ended up in the Dark Times admist the Time Lord Victorious crisis, specifically on a coffin ship of the Great Vampires. Unaware of her location, she was captured by the vampiric crew but managed to escape and make her way to an antiquated comms room, from which she managed to recover a number of data and get through to the future. She managed to get a video call out to Darren, now back in February 2024 with help from the 2050s version of UNIT. He walked her through the process of transmitting her data to the UNIT visual interface, which the two used to pinpoint her location. She was then forced to end the call when she heard a roar coming closer, but was rescued just in the nick of time by a male incarnation of the Doctor, who had been notified by UNIT and sent in as "reinforcements". Sasha was thus able to be brought back, safe and sound, to UNIT HQ, as Darren subsequently reported to Commander Dave. Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

Sasha was portrayed by, and with the first name of, Sasha Blore, one of the creators of the Worlds Apart video game to which the webcast served as a tie-in. However, there is some difficulty in asserting that she is directly an in-universe counteprart of Blore, as, in the same story, fellow creator Darren Fitzjohn portrayed UNIT Sergeant Darren, with "Darren" as a last name instead of first name.
