Space Hi-Jack was a short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Framed as the front page of an in-universe periodical, the titular article made reference to the Fireball XL5 comic story The Black Ship [+]Loading...["The Black Ship (comic story)"], which was a crossover with the DWU.

- Space City has announced that Fireball XL5 has answered a mayday SOS call received from cargo liner 203.
- The liner was on its way from Jupiter to Earth by one of the Black Ships that have raided a number of spacecraft in the past month.
- Professor Hackenbacker, better known in the science world as Brains, has been awarded the four million dollar Unity City Prize.
- The Presidential Citation recounts some of Brains' work with Robot CCD, the World Senate computer control decider, which is used to check senate decisions.
