Terrible Time Lords was the twelfth feature and eighteenth release exclusively published in Doctor Who The Official Annual 2024 on 7 September 2023 by Penguin Group[1] and written by Paul Lang.
The feature detailed the most notable Time Lords to appear on TV, as well as notably giving unique names to various incarnations of the Master.

- The Monk was the first Renegade Time Lord the Doctor fought when he stumbled upon him in 1066 trying to meddler with the Battle of Hastings, as seen in TV: The Time Meddler.
- Mention is made of Omega's attempt to have the Doctor take his place in the Anti-matter universe, referencing the events of TV: The Three Doctors.
- Rassilon tried to enact the Ultimate Sanction in TV: The End of Time, and the Twelfth Doctor banished him from Gallifrey in TV: Hell Bent.
- The Sixth Doctor shut down the Rani's plan to harvest the sleep related chemicals from human brains in TV: The Mark of the Rani.
- The Tremas Master was shrunk and burnt during Planet of Fire and infected with the Cheetah virus during Survival.
- The War Master decision to hide from the Last Great Time War at the end of the universe by using a Chameleon Arch was discovered in Utopia.
- Missy's attempt to reform herself was chronicled in The Lie of the Land, The Eaters of Light, World Enough and Time and The Doctor Falls.
- The Spy Master's razing of Gallifrey was discovered in Spyfall, and he explained his motivation in The Timeless Children.
