Worldbuilding[[edit] | [edit source]]

The Temporal Eradicator was a Dalek time engineer that became fractured across the Time Vortex, requiring a vortex stabiliser, but it constantly fades in and out of existence.
The Eradicator travels along timelines and assassinates over 100 individuals who would've caused Dalek defeats.
The Eradicator is kept within a time chamber where it finds time traces and sees alternate timelines. The War Doctor describes it as feeling "wrong."
The War Doctor removes the Eradicator's stabeliser, dispersing it across the Vortex before activating it's self-destruct so that it never existed.

His seventh incarnation however was once incredibly manipulative and often played people like chess pieces in order to gain an advantage. (PROSE: Love and War ^[+]Loading...["Love and War (novel)"], et al) This was a preview for the Tenth Doctor's transformation into the Time Lord Victorious following the death of the crew of the Bowie Base One, which would in turn lead to him committing genocide against the Kotturuh and leading the Battle of Mordeela in the Dark Times.
