The Violet Swan was the Captain Britain of Earth-8311.

The Violet Swan joined several other members of the Captain Britain Corps in travelling to Earth-146, a world with no Captain Britain of its own, where they assisted against Technet, a group of extradimensional invaders. As Gatecrasher grabbed Betsy Braddock, the Violet Swan swooped down and grabbed Yap, distracting Gatecrasher and allowing her to be caught off-guard and defeated.
