Adam Wheeler
Adam Wheeler was the son of Sidney and Diane Wheeler.
A Londoner, Adam was present in Piccadilly in February 1945, during the closing days of World War II in Europe. A V2 rocket hit the street, prompting Adam to help people at a restaurant to safely leave the area. He found a bottle of whiskey and passed it around to the rest of the orderlies. However, a policeman had him arrested on charges of looting.
On 8 May, VE Day, Adam was still under arrest, much to the dejection of his parents who longed for him to join them in the celebrations. After his parents helped Winston Churchill and the Tenth Doctor defeat Visguard the bounty hunter, Churchill agreed to bring up the matter with the Secretary of State at the Home Department.
