Black Forest Siege! was a short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Framed as the front page of an in-universe periodical, the titular article instead made reference to the Lady Penelope comic story The Return of Mr. Steelman [+]Loading...["The Return of Mr. Steelman (comic story)"], which was a crossover with the DWU.

- Captain Werger of the German Air Police has witnessed a "fierce gun battle" while flying over the Black Forest in his helijet as he was returning from a routine search for the missing Trans-Europe monotrain.
- The German News Agency report that police commando units from Frankfurt have been sent to the area.
- Even with the built-in guns and rockets on Lady Penelope's car, TV 21 considers it "doubtful" whether it can completely overcome so many robots.

- According to Werger, a pink Rolls-Royce was attacking a disused railway station which was guarded by approximately ten large robots. The car reportedly moved in a swinging circle and spat machine gun fire from the front and rear to "devastating" effect. (COMIC: The Return of Mr. Steelman)
- The news of the Rolls-Royce, which has been identified as FAB 1, confirm earlier reports that Penelope Creighton-Ward has been in Strasbourg. (PROSE: Ghost Ship Hunted!)
