Carmen Rega
Carmen Rega was the magister of Omnia. She collaborated with the Daleks after they invaded her world. She tried to make sure that her son Aldo Rega wasn't killed as he rebelled. The Dalek Supreme appointed her to this position. She handed the Sixth Doctor to the Dalek Supreme and was ordered to find Peri Brown. She had betrayed the previous magister to stop the devastation during the war. She was initially a slave but became the magister after 6 months. She tried to convince the Dalek Supreme to not exterminate half the population because of one resistance method. She had to make an example of her son but killed the Dalek guards instead. She then started the revolution. She sacrificed her life to save her people. (AUDIO: Emissary of the Daleks)
