+ + Classified + + Special Intelligence File Alpha Zero was the first short story in Classified! A Confidential 3-D Dossier written by Stephen Cole. It was published by BBC Children's Books on 27 October 2005, and it featured the first appearance of General Muriel Frost within the anthology, a character who originated from the comic strips of Doctor Who Magazine.

In a message from General Muriel Frost, she states that any reader of the classified dossier about the Ninth Doctor must have "full security privileges, an inquiring mind, and a strong stomach", and if they don't, to stop reading the dossier immediately.
