EarthGov

EarthGov was the government of Earth during a period of the Earth Empire, active in the 24th century (PROSE: To the Slaughter) and around the year 2501. (PROSE: The Monsters Inside)

As the human race spread rapidly across the galaxy, EarthGov struggled to maintain law and order across the empire. Their policing and prison systems were increasingly unprepared to handle a growing number of colonies on a growing number of planets. Because of this, a private company named Justicia were able to strike a deal with EarthGov whereby all criminals from Earth Empire were sent to the Justicia Penal System for incarceration, and put to work producing goods, promoting tourism, and being the subjects of experiments for the company to profit from.
