A woman, who Cleo Proctor sarcastically nicknamed "Elaine", lived on the Powell Estate. She was a drunk who had taken Adipose Industries diet pills and lost a lot of weight. Cleo commented on The Blue Box Files that the woman had said "some crazy stuff about fat babies", but she sarcastically responded "OK, Elaine, you keep going to those meetings, hun". (AUDIO: SOS)
