Evris Makshi

Lord Evris Makshi was a lavender haired Koturian and old friend of the Sixth Doctor's.
Evris had met the Doctor in a previous incarnation and had last seen him on Kiri 4, where the Doctor had saved Evris's life during "a minor incident involving some very disagreeable robots." Evris was aware of the Doctor regenerative abilities and mentioned "that sort of thing" was not unusual around Koturia. He was also delighted that the Doctor and Peri Brown had come to attend his son's wedding. After Jonos's engagement was revealed to be a trick masterminded by the First Rani to research Phasing, the Doctor chastised Evris for his classist notions about his servant, Wira, having romantic feelings for his son.
