Adams (Thunderbird Two)

(Redirected from Geoffrey Adams)

Doctor Adams, (PROSE: Thunderbird Two et al.) who had a first name of either Geoffrey (PROSE: Showdown in Space!) or Henry, (PROSE: Lhomel to go as freedom force hits Astra!) was a heart specialist. (PROSE: Showdown in Space!)

In either 2066 (PROSE: Thunderbird Two et al.) or 2089 (PROSE: Showdown in Space! et al.) Adams attempted to travel to Madagascar in order to save the life of its president, General N'Mobo. (PROSE: Lhomel to go as freedom force hits Astra!) However, his private jet was forced to make a crash landing over Kenya due to reactor troubles. In an account dated to August 2089, John Tracy was keeping Action 21 informed of the situation from Thunderbird 5. (PROSE: Showdown in Space!) With Adams now missing, International Rescue searched for him, with Thunderbird 1 quickly making it to Kenya. Despite the pilot of TB 1 requesting the assistance of Thunderbird 2 and International Rescue's base acknowledging the request, the craft seemingly disappeared thereafter, causing TV 21 to speculate that the rescue machine had crashed, on 26 March 2066. (PROSE: Thunderbird Two) By this time, the latest medical bulletins from Madagascar revealed that there was nothing more doctors could do for N'Mobo's critical condition and that his life now rested in the hands of International Rescue, who were still looking for Adams. (COMIC: Impasse) Adams was eventually found and on 15 April 2066, the fifty thousand inhabitants of Madagascar celebrated the news that "General N'Mobo was getting better after a desperate mercy flight across Africa had brought him life-saving drugs". (PROSE: "We Want Thunderbirds!")
