The Harrigain were an alien race that resembled bipedal hippopotamuses.
General Onarr represented the Harrigain High Command at Addison Delamar's auction for the Ninth Doctor's memories. He was killed by Delamar after she was cyber-converted by a Cybermat. When a fight broke out between the Harrigain, Church of the Evergreen Man, Shreekers, and Cybermen, the Doctor overwhelmed them with his memories of the Last Great Time War. The Fifth Doctor, Tegan, Turlough and Kamelion crash landed on a spaceship led by two Harrigain, Captain Orna and Bosun Rako. The ship soon crash landed onto a jungled planet below. The Doctor explained to Turlough that the Harrigain had a mudbath on the flight deck of their ship for the captains to wallow in. The Harrigain also used sudor to quickly heal their skin should they acquire wounds. The Harrigain took offense to the word "hippo" and also disliked humans.
