The Harrigain were an alien race that resembled bipedal hippopotamuses.
General Onarr represented the Harrigain High Command at Addison Delamar's auction for the Ninth Doctor's memories. He was killed by Delamar after she was cyber-converted by a Cybermat. When a fight broke out between the Harrigain, Church of the Evergreen Man, Shreekers, and Cybermen, the Doctor overwhelmed them with his memories of the Last Great Time War. The Harrigain were consumed by grief and retreated. (COMIC: The Bidding War)
