Holiday Opportunity Promotions, or H.O.P., were timeshare operators. According to the Sixth Doctor, they had timeshare property that existed in several different time periods, "all at the same time". They would sell the weeks and keep them booked in all years. They used the time difference to accumulate interest on their fees. The Time Lords shut down all their properties except one. The Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown visited it and inadvertently upset the timeline, causing individuals from several different time periods to appear and relive the same moments over and over. The Time Lords sent one of their people to advise the Doctor on how to remedy the situation. (PROSE: Timeshare)
