Senator Jack Marasel represented France in the World Senate.
In July 2065, he poured scorn on Stingray's "Ghost Hunting" mission at Tracking Station 17, stating "While the sea lanes of the world are threatened by underwater creatures, Shore and his boys are gaily galavanting around some island looking for ghosts".
