Jasmine (The Story of Fester Cat)
Jasmine was Paul Magrs' friend from the university in Manchester. She was an author of novels and a "cat person". She claimed that cats liked routines. (PROSE: The Story of Fester Cat)

In 2006, Paul phoned Jasmine for advice on how to rid Fester Cat of his worms, and she told Paul to give Fester some special tablets. She then popped over to their home to visit, and Fester didn't like her. She attended their Christmas party later that year. In 2008, Paul went to stay at Jasmine's house in North Manchester, to break Paul's partner from his unhealthy obsession with his job. While Paul is successful, Jasmine gets fed up with Paul quickly.
