Jules Balmarian

Jules Balmarian was a 19th century French politician.
He was the deputy for the fourteenth arrondissement, and a supporter of Alfred Dreyfus. Balmarian was one of the people Jean Mayeur prepared as a host for his mind. When Montague killed Hubert Henri while Mayeur was inhabiting him, he transferred to Balmarian. Anton Jarre unintentionally banished Mayeur by firing a gun at Balmarian that disrupted psychic powers.
