Kalib was a friend of Aldo Rega but didn't like some of his plans. He warned the Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown about the guns of the watchers. He was captured by the watchers. He was exterminated by the Daleks when escaping imprisonment. (AUDIO: Emissary of the Daleks)
