Locas was the son of Abatan and fiancé to Mariana. He was adamant that his love who help him overcome the madness, but he couldn't. He killed Mariana during this and was put on trial for her murder but was acquitted. His grief was worsened when he encountered Peri Brown, who strongly resembled Mariana. He was able to travel by thought and entered the armoury and caused treason. On the second attempt, he accidentally landed on Dwarf Mordant's ship. He learnt that Mariana didn't die and was in a coma but revived a few days later. (AUDIO: The Ultimate Evil)
