Mechanoid Empire
The Mechanoid Empire was an empire controlled by the Mechanoids (WC: Planet of the Mechanoids) that posed a major threat to the Daleks. (WC: Day of Reckoning) The empire was based out of Mechanus and led by the Mechanoid Queen. (WC: Planet of the Mechanoids)

Planning to defeat the Mechanoids and an enemy entity, the Dalek Prime Strategist of the Dalek Restoration Empire engineered a scheme to bring the two threats against each other. (WC: Day of Reckoning) Thus, the Emperor of the Restoration, the Strategist, and a handful of Silver Daleks arrived on Mechanus under the pretence of wanting an alliance with the Mechanoids. Seeing how no Daleks reinforced the silver drones when they were destroyed by her forces, the Queen speculated the Strategist and Emperor were now the last Daleks in the universe. (WC: Planet of the Mechanoids) In reality, the Restoration Empire was safe, and the Strategist and Emperor were manipulating the Mechanoids into a false sense of security. (WC: Day of Reckoning) They had also led the Entity to Mechanus to force a confrontation.
During the ensuing Battle of Mechanus, many Mechanoids were destroyed, and the Entity was only defeated when the Strategist and Mechanoid 2150 isolated the Entity's specific energies after it possessed a Mechanoid. They used the orbital defence grid as a beam projector to send the Entit back to its own dimension. With the battle over and assuming they were the last of the Daleks, the Queen ordered the Emperor and Strategist to flee and declared that her empire would destroy them. (WC: The Deadly Ally) However, when the Queen, 2150, and their forces arrived in the Dalek City on Skaro, the Strategist's plan was complete. The Mechanoids were suddenly confronted by and overwhelmed by an army of Daleks. The Queen, 2150, and several other Mechanoids attempted to turn the Strategist against the Emperor, but it instead led the Mechanoids into yet another trap. After 2150 updated a Dalek beam projector, the Strategist turned it against them. It used the Mechanoids' specific energies to send them through a portal to the Entity's universe.
Thus, the Strategist's plans had defeated both the Entity and the Mechanoid Empire, which the Emperor stated had been the two greatest threats facing the Daleks. (WC: Day of Reckoning) At a later point, the Bronze Dalek that was later dubbed “Dalek Sec” led the Seventh Incursion Squad against the last Mechanoid stronghold, Magella. This battle left the Mechanoids entirely exterminated. (PROSE: Birth of a Legend)
