In the Unbound Universe, Nadel was a Thal and a member of the resistance against the Daleks. She had bipolar disorder and the Daleks didn't allow her to work. She was taken to become a Dalek. Her transformation was halted when the Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart of the Unbound Universe arrived at the station. (AUDIO: Masters of War)
