Ogden Farm sample

The Ogden Farm sample was a unique plant, appearing as a large white seed with thick black roots. It was uncommonly flammable, even explosive.

Modernex Labs acquired the sample at some point before 2019, studying it as a potential basis for a renewable fuel to replace petrol. The pagan terrorist group Beltane, however, believed that "the Gods" had left the sample for them to find, so that they could use it as a "pure catalyst" to create a "sacred fire" with which to cleanse the world of all evil. After months of planning, four members of Beltane made their way into the Lab, though with P.R.O.B.E. in hot pursuit. One of them, Jonathan, managed to grab the sample and run with it to the roof, but he was unable to ignite it with his lighter because of the heavy rain, and Harriet King eventually managed to talk him down and get him to return the plant.
