Ravlos was a scientist trying to find a cause for the madness on Tranquela with his partner Koreelya. He tried to convince Escoval that Locas only killed because of the madness. He was an old friend of the Sixth Doctor. Dwarf Mordant wanted to get the Doctor to kill him. (AUDIO: The Ultimate Evil)
