Rosa (Hunters of Earth)

Rosa was a German refugee who lived in England.
She was forced to flee her own country during World War II, but was not welcomed in England either, where the bombings on Mayfield Terrace during the Blitz were blamed on her.
She owned a café called Rosa's near Coal Hill School, which the Coal Hill students often frequented after school. In 1963, after Mayfield Terrace was cleared, she began being troubled by mods and rockers who were affected by a German weapon still buried in the terrace that used radio waves to make young people hate and attack anyone who was different to them, including Rosa. The First Doctor was able to improvise a device that stopped the weapon. (AUDIO: Hunters of Earth)
