It would be stupid to kill Rory off in ''Cold Blood'', bring him back to life in ''The Pandorica Opens'' and then kill him off again 3 episodes later in ''The Impossible Astronaut''. If Rory was going to die again so soon, it wouldn't even have been worth it to bring him back to life the first time. Apart from that, Rory has been seen in the trailer for episodes other that the first two. The Doctor would be against her shooting almost anyone, unless there was no choice.
