It would be stupid to kill Rory off in ''Cold Blood'', bring him back to life in ''The Pandorica Opens'' and then kill him off again 3 episodes later in ''The Impossible Astronaut''. If Rory was going to die again so soon, it wouldn't even have been worth it to bring him back to life the first time. Apart from that, Rory has been seen in the trailer for episodes other that the first two. The Doctor would be against her shooting almost anyone, unless there was no choice. It could have just as easily been River, or a new character who will appear in Series 6. It's suddenly occured to me that it may not be a litteral death. Remember 'The Stolen Earth', where one character was foretold to die.
Donna Noble died in terms of her being reset to her original 'factory setting' in a life without The Doctor, therefore dead in a sense; Rose Tyler returned to the parrallel word, therefore continuing the state of her being officially dead in the primary universe; we thought Martha Jones had died when she was seemingly scattered into atoms and Jack Harkness was exterminated, but returned to life later.
So perhaps, one of them will die, but only in a metaphorical sense...
