Talia Rue

Talia Rue was a 39th century scientist who worked as one of Professor Charles Feige's assistants on Zoda-Kappa.
Upon becoming aware that Feige was infected by the Holomorph, Rue and Lydia Betancourt stole some of his equipment to make psionic inhibitors in the forest. Rue became infected and briefly met the Sixth Doctor and Hebe Harrison, telling them to find Betancourt before dying. (AUDIO: The Dream Nexus)
