Notes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- James Kettle, the writer of the story, wanted to truly capture River's language patterns as well as those used by the characters from the Pertwee era of Doctor Who. For this, he watched Flesh and Stone and The Time of Angels for River Song, and for Liz Shaw and the other characters, he watched The Ambassadors of Death. (BFX: Terror of the Suburbs)
