The End was a dimension accessible from the Overworld via End portal. It was inhabited by an ender dragon.

The Twelfth Doctor was once tricked into falling through an End portal by the Master, leading him to team up with his eleventh, ninth, fourth, sixth, war, and first incarnations to defeat the ender dragon.
To do this, some Doctors destroyed the end crystals atop the obsidian pillars, with others shooting at the dragon with their bows.
