To Sleep, Perchance to Scream was the third story in the Doctor Who Annual 2010. It saw the Eleventh Doctor make a cameo appearance in the Tenth Doctor's dream.

- The Doctor dreams he is with Sarah Jane Smith, Adric, Susan Foreman, Astrid Peth, Kamelion and Vislor Turlough.
- The Doctor dreams of various enemies: the Master, the Black Guardian, Weeping Angels, Osiran service robots, Robot Yeti, Racnoss, the Beast, Sontarans, Sandminer robots, Axons, Slitheen, the Trickster, Voord and Hoix.

- This was the first IDW comic story to feature the Eleventh Doctor.
- This is the first story in which these two Doctors meet (albeit in a dream), predating their later encounters in the waking world in TV: The Day of the Doctor, COMIC: Endgame, Four Doctors, and The Lost Dimension.

- The Tenth Doctor sees reflections of his first three incarnations in a mirror.
