Vi was a humanoid who operated a stall next to Tuned Out where they sold fruits.

After Theo Possible returned from his holiday where he visited Smiley, Vi greeted him and asked how his holiday was, to which he replied that it was "lovely, very relaxing". Before leaving to go to "the caff", they asked if Theo wanted a cuppa.
Theo then requested a cuppa with 2 sugars, and told them he'd watch their stall, although he ran away from the stall when Queenie Tilbury delivered him a package containing the junkmail messiah. (COMIC: The Train in Vain and the Junkmail Messiah)
