Viktor was the Prince of Malendia, a country on Világ.
He was meant to be wed in an arranged marriage to Krisztina, the Princess of Galen, in order to form the Kingdom Alliance and end the near 100 year war between the two kingdoms. This fell apart when it was revealed that the princess still loved Reid, one of her personal guard who she knew for years. (AUDIO: Arrangements for War)
