Who Will Be Crowned "Mr Solar System"? was a Cosmic Capers short story printed in TV Century 21 in 1965 which contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. The story was set in Unity City, a location which was introduced in The Daleks comic story Duel of the Daleks.

At the finals of the Mr Solar System competition being held in the Unity City Palladium, a fight breaks out when a group of Martians derisively shout "Tin ribs!" at the contestant from the planet Metalius. The Metalonian contingent bites back by calling the Martian representative a "hairy nit". This results in a state of "pandemonium" in which the police are called, with more fights breaking out among both the contestants and the spectators. Order is finally resumed when a six-year-old boy throws his marbles onto the stage, though the contest is ultimately rescheduled for another day.
