David R, aka DeffyD79, was a young man who ran the Defending the Earth! website after the departure of Mickey Smith.

Biography

David was born circa 1990. By the mid 2000s, he lived in Deffry Vale, and had interests in "revealing the truth about [what is] really happening in the world", the Alien films except Aliens vs Predator, girls, and martial arts. At some point, he met Mickey Smith. (PROSE: Who Am I?)

After Mickey remained in Pete's World to fight off the Cybermen created by John Lumic, (TV: The Age of Steel) David took over (PROSE: Who Am I?, GAME: The Wire, et al.) the Defending the Earth! conspiracy website ran by Mickey, who had taken it over after the death of Clive Finch. (PROSE: Dummy Massacre) David made a final post on his Cheapserve profile, thanking everyone for their support. (PROSE: Who Am I?)

David watched Ghostwatch while Suzy Monroe was filming for it. He wrote an SMS to the show, saying that people shouldn't trust the ghosts. He made a typo in his message, writing "gohsts" instead of "ghosts". (GAME: Ghostwatch)
