The Brain Tappers was a comic story original to The Dalek Outer Space Book, a Dalek annual of the 1960s. It dealt with an attempted Dalek invasion of Earth foiled single-handedly by Sara Kingdom.

Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

Sara Kingdom is charged to investigate the leaking of confidential information that the Daleks are using to attack Earth strategic bases. She discovers the new Dalek emperor is able to read the thoughts of Earth's defence scientists through radio waves. She makes up a plan that employs those scientists as a bait for the Emperor, while human forces attack and wipe out the Dalek fleet of the Emperor.
