According to William Shakespeare's play Richard III, the eponymous King was responsible for the death of his wife's previous husband. (COMIC: A Groatsworth of Wit)

Although not named in A Groatsworth of Wit, Anne Neville's first husband was Edward of Westminster. He was the son of Henry VI and Margaret of Anjou.
