Little Hodcombe was a village in England. On 13th July 1643, it became the site of one of the bloodiest battles in the English Civil War, in which both Roundheads and Royalists annihilated each other and the village. Unknown to anyone at the time, the Malus was urging on the negative emotions and feeding on the psychic energy generated by them.
