The Partisan was a Time Lady on the High Council.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Like all Time Lords, the Partisan was taken from her family at the age of eight for the selection process in the Drylands. Staring into the Untempered Schism as part of a Time Lord initiation rite, the Partisan was inspired by what she saw in the Schism. (PROSE: A Brief History of Time Lords)

The Partisan argued with Rassilon about the state of war between the Time Lords and the Daleks during the final day of the Last Great Time War. She also informed them of the actions the War Doctor was about to take to end the war since it was hopeless because the damage the war itself had done to time was resurrecting the dead only for them to die in more terrible ways. She wanted the Time War to end.

Rassilon sarcastically dismissed her opinion that it might be best to let the Time Lords die in the Time War and killed her with his gauntlet, reducing her to dust (TV: The End of Time) and removing the Partisan from history as well. (PROSE: Engines of War)
