Lenadi served as Cardinal Prime of the Prydonian Chapter on the High Council of Time Lords at the time of the First Doctor's disappearance from Gallifrey.
His messenger, Captain Redred, arrived many years late in Romana's term as Lady President. Lenadi warned the House of Lungbarrow that they had Loomed one too many Cousins, and that if the matter were not dealt with, they would be expelled from the Prydonian Chapter. Redred was kept in a transmat booth, not fully materialised for the whole of the Doctor's travels until his return to the House of Lungbarrow. (PROSE: Lungbarrow)
