Flora Millrace was a Time Lady exiled to Earth during the 1960s.
In 1968, Flora aided the Second Doctor in finding his companions and his TARDIS in time bubbles. (PROSE: The Avant Guardian)
Flora later met the Eighth Doctor and tried to kill him, thinking it would stop Isaac's composition from destroying more of the universe.
