Victory of the Daleks, based upon the TV story Victory of the Daleks, is the second photo novelisation of a story from Series 5 of Doctor Who.

Publisher's summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

The Doctor has been called back to Earth by his old friend Winston Churchill, but in the Cabinet War Rooms, far below the streets of war-torn London, his deadliest enemies are waiting for him...the Daleks are back! Does Churchill really think the Daleks are on his side?

Characters[[edit] | [edit source]]

Worldbuilding[[edit] | [edit source]]

Notes[[edit] | [edit source]]

The photos novelisation is suitable for fluent plus readers. Inside the book there are a lot of photos from the televised story with a few text. It is for children who learn to read. Peter Gutierrez's photo novelisations Victory of the Daleks and The Lodger look more like photo comics and have less text than the other Doctor Who and The Sarah Jane Adventures photo novelisations.
