The Scoundrels Club was one of London's oldest, most exclusive private members' clubs. Christopher Marlowe was a founding member. It had a view of St James's Park.

The Master was a member of the club since the Great Fire of London. He organised fireworks on the roof to celebrate the occasion. Each of their incarnations went there to recover after a regeneration to rest in comfort. (PROSE: Dismemberment) In her nineteenth incarnation, (PROSE: Girl Power!) Missy was thrown out because they did not accept women. She responded by killing everyone in the club. (PROSE: Dismemberment)
