Tardisode 7 was the seventh of the Tardisode series of mini-episode prologues to Doctor Who series 2. This Tardisode was a prelude to the episode The Idiot's Lantern.

Grandma Connolly has her new television installed. Later, she sits in front of it and strange, red lightning reaches out from the television towards her. As she looks at the screen, the lightning retracts into the set and dances on the screen. Grandma presumes that the set is broken, so she hits it.
