The Fearless: Part 4 was the fourth and final instalment of Dalek Empire IV: The Fearless. It is the last release to date in the Dalek Empire series overall.

- David Sax (Tanlee) is a pseudonym for Nicholas Briggs (The Daleks).
- This audio drama was recorded on 16, 17, 18, 23 and 24 July 2007.
- This is the only audio drama in the Dalek Empire series not to feature Susan Mendes.
- This audio drama features an extended remix of the Dalek Empire theme tune. This remix was introduced in the audio story The Future.
- This story occurs one month before the audio story Project Infinity.
