Rory's Story was a webcast mini-episode that was made specifically for the Doctor Who: Lockdown! event, to coincide with the global online rewatch of The Doctor's Wife. It was also a direct sequel to the partially unfinished mini-episode P.S., as it written around Anthony Williams. Amy and Rory's adopted son, who was introduced in P.S..

Rory is in his home in 1946, recording a dictation for a book he's writing for his future adopted son Anthony on "the only working smart phone in the world", as Anthony is to be brought to his home in a week's time. After admitting that he is not a writer, he proceeds to recount the chapters he has already written.
