Harry was patrolling the streets of [[21st century London|London]] during the late hours of [[23 December]] [[2023]] when he saw the head a [[snowman]] decoration fall from the side of [[Henrik's, Central London|Henrik's]] ([[PROSE]]: {{cs|The Church on Ruby Road (novelisation)}}) onto the [[Fifteenth Doctor]] due to the actions of the [[Goblin]]s, and ran over to check the Doctor was alright, to which he responded he was while looking at the roof the decoration had fell from.


'''The Policeman''' was a police officer who met the 15th Doctor after he was hit by the head of a Snowman decoration due to the actions of the Goblins. He asked the Doctor if he was alright. After the Doctor responded he was fine, he wanted to write a rapport of the incident. After the Doctor answered his questions the Doctor told him that his girlfriend was going to say Yes to his proposal on Christmas eve. He watched the Doctor disappear in the Tardis and then the glandly kept repeating "She said yes".
Though the Doctor dismissed his wishes to write a report of the incident, he reassured the young policeman that [[Harry McLellan's girlfriend|his girlfriend]] was going to say "yes" to his marriage proposal on [[Christmas Eve]] after [[Fifteenth Doctor's sonic screwdriver|his sonic screwdriver]] alerted him to the ring in his pocket.
