Sniper! was a cover story printed in Action 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Framed as the front page of an in-universe periodical, the titular article made reference to the Fireball XL5 crossover comic President Offers Peace... [+]Loading...["President Offers Peace... - The parade marking peace between Earth and Astra was just entering Bandranaik Plaza when a shot was heard.
- Marineville is being devastated in a sneak attack because Commander Shore was unable to order battle stations until after the raiders had begun.
- In a message to the outside world, the WASP man declared "We're gonna hit them with everything we've got. It's either them or us!".
