The World's End was a bar in London.
The Eighth Doctor and Destrii went there with Tony and his wife Linda. When the Doctor tried to talk to Julie the barmaid, she recognised him from the television show Changing Rooms. After asking the Doctor to pay £18.75 for his drinks, he joked he had been there recently. This caused him to break into a fit caused by Cyberman interference.
A man named North pretended to bump into the Doctor, attaching a listening device to him as he did so. The Doctor noticed, however, and had Tony and Destrii bring him back. He identified him as an MI6 agent, but the conversation ended abruptly when some Cybermen appeared, causing everyone in the bar to flee in panic. (COMIC: The Flood)
